
As of 11 June, the Pan American Health Organization (PAHO)/World Health Organization (WHO) have reported a total of 1,474,820 cases of COVID-19 and 72,174 deaths in Latin America and the Caribbean, as well as 729,339 recovered cases.
The Pan American Center for Foot-and-Mouth Disease and Veterinary Public Health (PANAFTOSA) is calling on countries of the Americas to take necessary measures to ensure food safety throughout the production chain to ensure safe food for consumers. Read more.
